CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Stress Less. Yoga for Stress Relief:
Breath work, Gentle stretches, Partner work and Visualization
Techniques. Treat yourself to this hour long retreat, reduce
blood pressure and calm your mind. All levels welcome
Choga:
No yoga experience is necessary. Great for pre and post natal.
Expect work with Chairs, Blocks, Straps and Walls.
Slow Deep Stretch:
Stretches that open the tight resistant places in your body. All
levels welcome, though some yoga experience is helpful.
Yoga Core:
A workout for your core muscles. Includes exercises for abs,
upper & lower back, chest and arms as well as aerobic benefit
from the power muscles of the lower body. All levels welcome
no yoga experience necessary.
Yoga 20/20/20:
20 minutes of core, 20 of Yoga and 20 of restorative
poses. All levels welcome. Core, Floor, restore.
Yoga Focus:
A class that works towards just one pose exploring all aspects of the opening
for it. Offered at Level 1 and Level 2 some yoga experience is necessary.
E Zee Yoga:
For Beginners Exploring the foundations of classic Hatha
Yoga L1:
For Beginners who are ready for a little more challenge.
Yoga L1 & L2:
A combination class for Yoga 1 students ready to move on
Yoga L2:
Intro to Vinyassa and more challenge.
Yoga L2 & L3:
Vinyassa flow, Introduction to inversions, and more challenging poses.
Sweet Vinyassa:
Gentle flow, slow and steady Vinyassa for Level 1 and up
Strong Vinyassa:
Please have a firm grasp of Asana before you attend this class. L2 &3
Floorless Yoga:
Getting you upside down in a body lift. Poses that use this new and exciting
support to explore asana. Level 1 and up.
