Yoga Studio. Offering over 26 classes a week. Caring, qualified teachers
offer their knowledge in a warm calm atmosphere. Beginners to advanced
students will find class times that suit their schedule. |

Monthly workshops
Once a month guest teachers visit the Nook opening our hearts and minds with
workshops and lectures. Jeni also offers in house workshops that are free to
members and open to non-members for a small fee. In house workshops are focused
on one aspect of yoga and deal with such topics as back and shoulder issues,
Yoga anatomy and meditation. |
Shop at the Nook:
We stock Yoga mats and Yoga Blankets, jewelry, incense, a selection
of essential oils and music CD’s in the Yoga Nook shop. Meditation
benches, Bolsters and Yoga Bags are also available. |
